If the person you’re caring for is experiencing any of the following:
My husband has dementia and it’s getting harder to care for him. I’m so tired.
My parents need someone to help get them to doctor appointments and understand their health care needs.
My mom lives alone and keeps falling. She has been to the ER twice this month.
My parents live two hours away from family and need help with appointments, medications, and available resources.

Has just become involved with helping the individual and needs direction regarding available services
Is “burned out” or confused about care solutions
