  • "Lindsey has been an instrumental part of our family’s care.."

Lindsey has been an instrumental part of our family’s care for not only my father but also my mother as she was overwhelmed by the demands of caregiving.

Lindsey enthusiastically jumped in and is providing amazing care in the following areas: medication administration and oversight, scheduling, attending and explaining medical appointments, assisting with daily living tasks, providing ongoing RN level health assessments, care plan meetings, appropriate exercises, companionship.

In addition to the technical assistance she provides, Lindsey is an excellent communicator.  Multiple times a week she provides written updates for all aspects of care provided.  This has been instrumental in our family’s communication and coordination of care for both parents.

  • "Exceptional, clinical competence with a level of compassion, sensitivity, and responsiveness that is rare."

I first contracted with Lindsey Bankert when my wife was in the advanced stages of frontal temporal lobe dementia, and her medical needs had become extremely complex. At that time, my wife was receiving care from multiple specialized physicians, in-home healthcare agency, hospice services, and several independent providers. Coordinating those services and ensuring appropriate oversight had become overwhelming. Lindsey stepped in to provide clinical guidance, coordination, and oversight of my wife's care.

Lindsey is, quite simply extraordinary. She combines exceptional, clinical competence with a level of compassion, sensitivity, and responsiveness that is rare. She was consistently available to answer questions, offer guidance, and be physically present when needed. Knowing that Lindsey was helping manage my wife's care gave me an enormous sense of reassurance during a very difficult period of our lives.

I have worked in the Allied healthcare field for 58 years as a psychologist, specializing in cognitive disabilities. Because of my professional training and decades of experience, I believe I am in a particularly strong position to evaluate clinical judgment and professional performance. Lindsey's capabilities and professionalism are truly stellar.

  • "Proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently advocated for my dad’s well-being."

I hired Lindsey when my dad’s short-term rehab stay following an unexpected hospitalization turned into long-term care at a skilled nursing facility. Living out of state, I needed someone with a medical background to regularly check on him, ensure he was receiving proper care, and help me navigate this new situation.

From the moment I met Lindsey, I knew she was the right choice. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine empathy immediately stood out. She was proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently advocated for my dad’s well-being.

Lindsey checked on my dad regularly, attended care plan meetings, communicated clearly with the care team, and kept me informed of any changes in his condition. She was proactive in identifying gaps in care and ensured they were addressed, always advocating for my dad’s best interests. She was always responsive, dependable, and easy to reach.

During one of the most difficult times in my life, Lindsey gave me peace of mind knowing my dad had someone looking out for him. I highly recommend her.
